Overview

Our research in the area of Human Resource Management is focused in four areas:

Our research has been published in a range of international journals including:International Journal of HRM;- Human Relations;- Gender, Work and Organisation;- Critical Asian Studies;- Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources;- Personnel Review; Journal of Management and Organisation; Journal of Family and Economic Issues; Journal of Organisational Change Management.
