Ms Letchmee Naidoo

Letchmee was responsible for establishing the South African Revenue Service (SARS) Customs Academy. This involved

• the development and management of the Learning and Development strategy;
• ensuring that the Academy administration operated effectively;
• requiring that training materials were developed and constantly aligned to the strategic priorities, process and legislative changes
• managing the delivery of a blended learning solution that was outcomes based and aligned to South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) requirements, and
• liaising with regional and international institutions to present workshops in South Africa and conclude contracts
