Buddhika has been teaching at Charles Sturt University since 2016. Her areas of expertise lie in Leadership, Group Interactions and Performances, Organisational Behaviour, Business Management and Human Resource Management. She completed her PhD on team temporal leadership, examining the mediating and moderating effects on team temporal leadership, work engagement, team conflict and team performances on a multi-level model. Prior to her PhD, Buddhika completed her Master in Business Administration, specialising in Finance (Merit) and Bachelor of Honours in Business Studies at the University of Wales, United Kingdom. Buddhika is actively engaged in leadership research, has presented her research findings at several international conferences, and is currently working on some journal articles.
