Larissa Bamberry is an Associate Professor with strong links to national and international research centres exploring the nature of work. Her recent research has focused on the intersecting gender relations of labour markets, households and organisations within the regional context. These subjects draw on her comprehensive research as well as extensive practice and experience in industrial relations and public policy.

Larissa has previously been responsible for managing the online awards and agreements database at the Workplace Research Centre at the University of Sydney. She has also had broad-ranging experience in the New South Wales public sector, working across a range of policy areas including labour market policy, education and training, industrial relations, women's policy and sport and recreation.

Teaching

Larissa teaches into a range of management and employment relations subjects, such as Industrial Relations Environment INR501 and Comparative Labour Relations INR510.Previously, at RMIT University she taught Organisational Theory and Negotiation and Advocacy Skills within the management and human resources streams.
