Adrian Davis


UCWE Lecturer


Adrian is a former Detective Inspector in the UK police, trained in the initial management of serious crime. His 20 years policing experience extends from general duties, intelligence, to detective duties, investigating a range of incidents including major crime where he was a Deputy Senior Investigating Officer and Duty Officer. For eight years he held an additional role as a National Police Training Assessor. During his career, Adrian worked as a sworn officer for both Thames Valley and Wiltshire Police, UK.

In Australia, Adrian held a senior position for seven years as a Fraud and Ethics Manager with a large government agency in NSW, specialising in the prevention, detection and assessment of corruption and fraud within the workplace.

Adrian has previously lectured in the Associate Degree in Policing Practice at Goulburn and currently teaches the University Certificate of Workplace Essentials and subjects with the Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security and the School of Law. He holds a Master of Business Administration and is a tutor for the Indigenous Academic Support Program.
