Jacob is a lecturer, clinical psychologist, and AHPRA board-approved supervisor at Charles Sturt University. He has been a practicing psychologist since 2015 and has been a full time academic since 2022. He completed his undergraduate degree with UNSW, prior to completing his clinical training with Western Sydney University.

Jacob has had experience working as a clinician within various spaces: from working with neurodevelopmental disorders and in disability support for families; to treating anxiety and mood disorders with Headspace (Campbelltown); and in treating personality disorders and adult clients through inpatient/outpatient hospitals across South-West Sydney.
