Our team of Course Administration Officers in the Faculty of Business, Justice and Behavioural Sciences acts as a liaison between the Faculty and its students. We provide support to students enrolled in our courses across a range of issues: admission; enrolment; subject selection; credit (sometimes referred to as RPL or advanced standing); course transfers; leaves of absence; and other course-related matters. We are available to assist students from the time of their admission to CSU through to graduation.
In addition to supporting students our team also provides administrative support to the Course Directors and Course Coordinators of the Faculty by: addressing student enquiries; assisting with course reviews; liaising with professional bodies; contributing to some marketing activities; and checking student progress for graduation purposes.
I joined the University in 2006, providing course support and advice for students first with the School of Psychology, and more recently with the Faculty. I hold a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Class 1.
