BA (L&IS), GDip Ed, Grad Cert App Mgt, BA (Hons), GCLTHE, PhD Profile Antony is a lecturer with Charles Sturt University at the School of Policing Studies and currently teaches on the Associated Degree of Policing Practice. Prior to joining the School, Antony was Manager of Library & Information Services for the NSWPF, working at the Academy for over 20 years. As well as qualifications in library science, he has completed post-graduate studies in education and management. He completed his PhD through the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Charles Sturt University in 2019. His doctoral research focused on the representation of police and policing through Australian fictional and documentary cop shows, exploring what these narratives communicate about policing, authority and national identity, and how these constructions are interpreted by past, and current members of the profession and those aspiring to it.
