David was a fully operational Police Officer with the NSW Police Force for over 20 years. During this time, he worked in General Duties, Highway Patrol and later became a Lecturer here at the NSW Police Academy.

Among some other qualifications, David completed a Masters of Education in 2015.

David left the NSW Police Force in 2018 to pursue other interests and taught English in China for a time before returning to Australia and working as a Course Facilitator for a large Registered Training Organisation in Brisbane.

He has now returned as an Associate Lecturer with Charles Sturt University and is looking forward to assisting students once again in their goals of becoming Police Officers.
