Nicole is a former NSW Police Force Officer having joined in 2006. Nicole worked in the Parramatta, Blue mountains and Griffith Police Area Commands as a Detective prior to resigning and joining the Charles Sturt University staff to teach at the NSW Police Academy in Goulburn.
